Since its establishment in 1804, Mizkan has offered a variety of products such as "Ajipon" (citrus-seasoned soy sauce), "Oigatsuo" and "Omusubi Yama" in addition to vinegar, our core product. We boast a large number of long-loved products that have been on the market for decades. We have consistently improved product quality to meet customers’ tastes. Based on the principle of our company, "Offer Customers Only the Finest Products", Mizkan is committed to offering products and foods to help enrich family dining tables.
1997 saw our full-fledged entrance into the natto (fermented soybean) business. Leveraging our accumulation of microbial fermentation and brewing technologies as a vinegar manufacturer, Mizkan manufactures and sells differentiated, new value-added natto.
Making use of acquired brands like "Kin no Tsubu", we continue to develop our products to offer greater health benefits and improved flavors, and seek further ways to invigorate the natto market.
